• 9. A player’s casino account balance is made up of a cash account balance (unrestricted funds) and a casino bonus account balance (restricted funds). If you have a balance in both accounts; your wagers will first come from your cash account balance. The bonus account balance will only be used once the casino cash account balance is zero.

• 13. Bonus Abuse, Play Patterns & Max Bets
  
  • a. Abuse of the bonus is seen in a serious light and any attempts to defraud the casino or abuse the bonus will result in either the player(s) being excluded from all future promotions or the account(s) being discontinued, the associated monies within the account(s) withheld and future access to & associated TGP Europe Ltd brands prevented.
  • b. This bonus is limited to one player per household even if there is more than one computer present at the address. The identity of a user is determined by multiple data combinations including: Registered name, Postal address, email address, IP addresses, card number, computer, and any other form of identification that may be required.
  • c. Abuse of bonus promotion includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play while an active bonus is present:
    • i. A player decreasing their bet amount by 40% or more after a large win for the purpose of reaching wagering requirements while a casino bonus is still active e.g. Winning from a $/£/€50 bet on any spin including a double up and reducing your bet amount to $/£/€20 or less.
